From raw ingredients to finished products, NofaLab's microbial analysis allows you to evaluate the safety and quality of your goods through the entire production cycle.
Our microbiologists use internationally recognized standards by organizations and regulatory bodies such as ISO to help you ensure compliance with local and national statutory requirements.
In NofaLab's classic microbiology laboratory, we perform a lot of different analyses such as: total plate count, the enumeration of Enterobacteriaceae, E. coli, coliforms, Bacillus cereus, Sulphite reducing bacteria, Yeast and Moulds and so on.
Besides enumeration we also preform detection methods for different bacteria like: Salmonella, Listeria and Cronobacter.
A lot of the work is still done through classis methods using plates and tubes. We use petri-dishes and a lot of different media that can be liquid or solid for all the different types of micro-organisms that we grow.
All our analyses are reported within 5 working days after receiving the sample. With our new accredited method for Yeast and Moulds we can reduce the time to 3 working days.
